Dingo's Breakfast is true Australian music.

The five members of the band come from about as diverse a group of backgrounds as it's possible to find, but there's one thing we all have in common - we are all proud to be Australian, proud of our heritage, and we like to sing about it.

Dingo's Breakfast has a wealth of musical experience to draw from. In our time, we have been involved in everything from clasical choirs and orchestras, through musical theatre, blues, cabaret, rock, grunge, heavy metal, stand-up comedy and performance poetry, to full on punk bands. The one thing that all these styles have in common is that performance is the most important factor in any show. We have always operated on the premise that "if the crowd go home happy - it was a good show".

Dingo's Breakfast is the perfect choice for any function with an Australian flavour, whether you are looking for old bush songs, Australian yarns and poems or a full-on bush dance.

Over the past few years, Dingo's Breakfast has added a new format to our shows - radio dramas - four of which were commissioned by the ABC FM 'Songs & Stories' programme. This type of show allows the audience to experience a melding of theatre and musical performance that had it's roots in the 1980's when Roger wrote his first theatrical piece, "Moondyne Joe". This new format has proved to be very popular at the various festivals where we perform every year as it allows us to present new, original material in a comic and entertaining way.

Dingo's Breakfast is available for all sorts of engagements ranging from formal weddings to rollicking bush dances, festivals and pub sessions.
